Terms of service
These terms govern access to Urbn Square, including its Amazon functionality. They explain what the service does, what remains under your control and the rules that protect every connected seller account.

Urbn Square provides the service from Lopikhof 1, 1108 GH Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 83939210). By creating an account, requesting access or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Urbn Square is an operations platform for professional marketplace sellers. Depending on your plan and connected services, it can organize authorized sales, catalog, inventory, financial, purchasing, fulfilment and analytics data; calculate operational metrics; and prepare decisions or actions for review.
Amazon functionality depends on applicable API access, the permissions you grant, marketplace availability and your account’s eligibility for individual reports such as Brand Analytics. Urbn Square is an independent service and is not endorsed by Amazon.
You must be legally able to act for the business and selling accounts you connect.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for users you invite and for removing access when a person no longer needs it.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
You authorize Urbn Square through each marketplace’s supported connection flow and only for accounts you control or are permitted to manage. You can revoke a connection through the marketplace or request disconnection from us. Revocation can stop dependent features and does not reverse actions already completed at your instruction.
The service supports operational decisions; it does not replace professional judgment. Forecasts, margin views, AI-assisted explanations and suggested actions depend on the completeness and accuracy of connected and user-entered information. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, you review and approve material stock, purchasing, pricing or listing actions before execution.
You remain responsible for your products, listings, prices, tax treatment, inventory, supplier commitments, marketplace compliance and customer obligations. Urbn Square does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
You may not use the service to:
Access or process marketplace information you are not authorized to use.
Sell, disclose, pool or repurpose non-public Amazon Information for advertising, competitive intelligence, cross-seller benchmarking or the benefit of another seller.
Profile marketplace buyers, send unsolicited marketing or attempt to identify people from aggregated data.
Circumvent access controls, probe security, introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with another customer.
Reverse engineer or copy the service except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
Use the service in violation of law, marketplace terms, intellectual-property rights or third-party rights.
Public prices are starting prices and depend on active SKU volume and enabled capabilities. Before paid service begins, your order form or written plan confirmation will state the applicable price, billing period and included scope. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude VAT and other taxes. A stated trial ends after its published period unless a paid plan is agreed; we do not charge a trial payment method without clear notice and authorization.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Marketplaces can change APIs, permissions, reports and rate limits; those changes can affect a feature. Features may be corrected, limited or changed as marketplace requirements and report availability develop. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change where practical.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process, service providers, security controls, retention and your rights. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Urbn Square only the rights needed to operate, secure and support the service for you. Non-public marketplace information is not sold or used to create services for other sellers.
Urbn Square and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interface, documentation and branding. You retain rights in information you provide. If you choose to give product feedback, we may use it to improve the service without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.
Each party will protect the other party’s non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only for the agreement. This does not cover information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed or lawfully received from another source. A legally required disclosure may be made after notice where permitted.
You may stop using the service and revoke marketplace authorization at any time. Either party may terminate according to the agreed plan or order form. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, illegal activity, material breach, non-payment or marketplace-policy requirement. Where the risk allows it, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
After termination, access ends and data is handled according to the Privacy Policy, legal retention duties and any agreed export period. Terms that by their nature should continue—including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability provisions—survive termination.
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Urbn Square does not guarantee a particular sales, ranking, profit or inventory outcome, and is not responsible for a marketplace’s availability or decisions. Any liability limitations in an order form apply in addition to these terms; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. The courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another forum. We encourage both parties to try to resolve a dispute directly first.
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or marketplace changes. We will identify the current version by the date above and notify active customers of material changes. For questions or notices, contact [email protected].
